Safety Policy

It is very important to McLean’s that our clients and employees feel safe while on job sites. McLean’s utilizes a job safety analysis program and a site specific tailgate safety meeting to ensure clients and employees understand the scope of work and the associated hazards of each project. Each month McLean’s schedules a safety meeting with all employees to review specific safety topics and upcoming client specific safety requirements. Each year McLean’s has a safety stand down which incorporates required training (CPR, first Aid, operator qualifications,  etc.), communication of current safety policies, and goals for the future.

Anti – Drug Program

McLean’s CP Installation, Inc., is dedicated to having a drug-free work place. Drug and alcohol screening is monitored through Pipeline Testing Consortium. Drug testing is required for new employees and random testing for current employees. Drug and alcohol testing conforms to Department of Transportation (DOT) rules and regulations.
